Energy Healing

Shamanic energy healing is a holistic approach that combines spiritual, energetic, and intuitive practices to promote healing and balance within the individual. What you can expect:

All sessions are conducted in sacred space, a safe and confidential space, whether in person or in my zoom healing room. In these private sessions you have the opportunity to re-align your body, mind and energetic field with your better intentions for your life.

The sessions begin with an intake discussion of the issue to be worked on. We focus on how the issue effects your body, your life and your energy. You then lie comfortably and the energetic work begins, during which your energy field is cleared of any affinities to that issue or problem. Issues can include

  • any sort of physical discomfort

  • a wish for more energy and inspiration in life

  • identifying and clearing psychological obstacles

  • finding and expressing your voice

  • relational difficulties, etc.


People who undertake such healings often report feeling relaxed, sometimes seeing colors or visions, and feeling an overall sense of release and relief. Through these sessions, you can reset to a newer, more intentional trajectory for your movement through in this world, both through your self-image, and your relationships . There is also time afterward for integration of the experience, as well as personally-tailored practices to be followed for weeks thereafter, to assimilate the changes into your life.

Online sessions have the same healing effect, since in shamanism we work in the energetic realm, where there is no time and no space, as we are accustomed to understanding them in our minds.

How to prepare for the sessions:

Generally, what we do during a session depends on the issues you will bring. If you do not have a clear issue you would like to explore, please consider questions such as “What is out of balance in my life?”, “What patterns have I noticed that I keep repeating in relationships/work?”, “What physical issues do I have, are they chronic?”

As in any kind of healing or therapy, it is important you set an intention for healing and releasing patterns and behaviours that do not suit you anymore.
