Rising Up Past our Roots - Another women’s Workshop in Buddha’s Weg!
Since our last encounter in the Rite of the Womb was so transformative and moving, I’m excited to be back for another opportunity to connect our hearts, minds and intentions for healing and increased agency in life!
In this workshop, we will gather as women to commemorate and celebrate our ancestors, recognizing the importance of ceremony in honoring their legacy. As our world shifts to create more space for the feminine, it is crucial for us to come together in sisterhood, supporting and uplifting one another as we navigate this new era.
Spring is approaching, and as we witness the budding of life, we contemplate on our own budding, the soil that nurtures us, and our own quest to rise up, through the soil towards the sun, expressing our our natural, beautiful, juicy flowers.
Through storytelling, guided meditations, and creative exercises, we will explore the lineage of women who have paved the way for us. We will reflect on the struggles and triumphs of our ancestors, and how their experiences have shaped our own lives.
By acknowledging and honoring our ancestors, we can heal old wounds, tap into our inner power, and step forward more confidently into our own path. This workshop will provide a safe and supportive space for women to connect with their roots, gain clarity on their purpose, and embrace their unique strengths.
Many of us view our ancestors from the place of the victim, disempowered, since their influence still resides in our unconscious, out of our view and understanding. Bringing their voices forward and recognizing their echoes in our own lives liberates us, as we begin to see them from a place of understanding and clarity. We take our power back, and through that, receive the gifts they have left for us.
Join us as we come together to honor the legacy of the women who have come before us, and empower ourselves to create a brighter future for generations to come.
